I ran the "G17 IV Diagnostics" and it said there was 0 error

But when I started the game and press "Alt+P" , nothing was shown and happened

Hello Guys!

Rockstar doesn't think highly of modded games. Try reinstalling LCPD:FR, as an administrator (meaning right click the installer and select run as admin) and then run GTA IV the same way, as an admin.

Uhm, calling R* won't really help with this issue... Anyhow, try running the game as an admin perhaps?

Do not doublepost, instead edit your posts. Alright, you updated the game first, and then ran as an admin. Right? Also ray, i'm not mad. I'm just pointing out that Rockstart doesen't officially support mods, and they won't help with installing mods or so.

I updated it to 1.1.2.0 and it is still not working

Actually, when I press "i" "o" and SHIFT when I am in the car, error is shown and said I needed to be on duty to use those function.

It seems that the only problem is I can't start my duty T.T and other functions are working
