When I load in game, there is no difference from the normal game and the game with RPH. The game loads up fine, but when I load in with RPH, there's no difference to the game without it. I can't go on duty, there isn't the option to go to the police station. I can't open the console to ReloadAllPlugins. I spawn in as Franklin and not my LSPDFR character. I'm not sure what my problem is. I appreciate any help.

Maybe try reinstall ragepluginhook or reinstall lspdfr

Hey Mate, got the same problem a few years ago, do you have GTA on Epic Games? Try Starting the Game normal and wait for the Game window to pop up, only than start rph, this works for me lol
