Hi everyone!

 

Recently, I decided to play GTAV with mods again, as I have in the past. This time, I wanted to try LSPDFR as I’ve never used it before. I installed GTAV through Epic Games and installed RPH and LSPDFR using the automatic installer from the Download page. I also followed the steps in the installation guide video but encountered an issue when hooking the game.

 

The issue occurs when RPH loads with the game (I believe). After starting the game and then opening RPH, once the police lights in the background and the Rockstar Games logo disappear, the screen goes black and the game crashes. Note that I have temporarily disabled LCPDFR to see if the game loads with just RPH first.

 

The crash log is quite long but not very useful, at least to my untrained eyes. Here are some details:

- GTAV version: 1.0.3179.0_v4
- RAGE Plugin Hook version: v1.109.1337.16563 PUBLIC

 

In the crash log, I’ve marked potentially sensitive data as {censored}. Toward the end of the crash log, there is a note indicating `Log verbosity: Trivial`. Perhaps this can be adjusted to something more informative.

 

And that's all I know about this issue. I’ve tried some minor workarounds, but none have worked. Since this issue occurs at startup and the game has never worked with RPH on this version (although I’ve modded the game successfully in the past), I don’t have much to go on. That’s why I’m seeking your suggestions.

1. Lcpdfr is for gta4, lspdfr is for gta5.
2. For installation, please use the manual installation, the automatic causes problems sometimes.

3. rename the mods folder to _mods

Hi!

I misspelled the mod name, I said LCPDFR when in reality I had installed LSPDFR, I'm sorry about that.

On the other hand, I tried the manual installation, uninstalling the previous. Then I unpacked the manual installation, copied/pasted the files into the game files and launched, obtaining the same error.

As of the mod folder, I don't have such a folder, or I don't know where is it located.

As the error hasn't changed, I don't attach anything else.
If there is something I'm missing, I'll love you guy if you can point it out. Thanks a lot for the reply!

This is happening to me aswell, I just uninstalled NVE and RPH crashes while the game is loading.
