Livery issue

Spoiler

Hi all!

I am currently having issues with applying a livery to a car in GTA (buffalo4)

I have read the forums and searched online and believe im doing everything correctly but i still cant get it to work.

Vehicle_generic_smallspecmap [PAINT:1]
adapt vehicle_paint3

material properties -
Detail
vehicle_generic_smallspecmap.dds
manual uv 1

Detail2
buffalop_sign_1.dds (named the same in YTD and texture browser) - i replaced the blank.dds which was in the texture map box.
manual uv 2

I can see the livery in Zmod which it all fits correctly, it exports fine with no errors, I then open it in OpenIV which is fine i can see the livery on the car but when i spawn the car in fivem the livery is not on the car and i cant put it on at customs.

The vehicles meta has the FLAG_HAS_LIVERY so i cant think of anything else it can be.

i am really lost on what to do now if anyone could help.
