2. As per LSPDFR, you are still having the Grammar Police error. I have posted the solution out multiple times but it still has not been fixed. 

Additionally, go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

You can either try reverting what you added recently one by one to find the problem mod or restart the mods folder. We do not have the ability to tell exactly which mod you installed is causing the problem.
