The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Do a fresh re-install of Grammar Police and see if the radio is displaying the buttons.

I tried that and it was working then i went on duty once again and it went blank

I am not sure if this is helpful or not but I have this same problem. what I usually do to fix it is I open the console with F4 and type restart all plugins or something like that and it takes a few seconds and then the radio works again after going on duty
