Need help creating an animal control callout pack

Stray Animal: Players receive a call about a stray animal (dog, cat, etc.) roaming around in a residential area or on the streets. They need to locate and safely capture the animal using appropriate tools like a net or tranquilizer gun.

Wild Animal Encounter: Players are called to deal with a potentially dangerous wild animal (e.g., bear, cougar) that has strayed into a populated area. They must safely contain or neutralize the animal before it harms civilians. 

Animal Disturbance: Reports come in about an animal causing a disturbance in a public place (e.g., a raccoon in a dumpster, birds nesting in a store). Players need to remove the animal without causing harm or further disruption.

Animal Cruelty Investigation: Players respond to a report of animal cruelty or neglect. They must gather evidence, interview witnesses, and apprehend the perpetrator, ensuring the safety and well-being of the affected animal.

Livestock on the Loose: Players are alerted to livestock (cows, horses, etc.) wandering onto roads or highways, posing a danger to motorists. They need to safely herd the animals back to their enclosure or contact the appropriate authorities for assistance.

Exotic Animal Escape: A call comes in regarding an exotic animal (e.g., tiger, python) that has escaped from captivity. Players must track down and safely capture the animal before it causes harm to civilians or itself.

Animal Rescue: Players are dispatched to rescue an injured or trapped animal (e.g., a cat stuck in a tree, a deer caught in a fence). They must carefully assess the situation and use appropriate techniques and tools to free the animal and provide medical attention if necessary.

Animal Transport: Players are tasked with transporting rescued or captured animals to a designated facility (e.g., animal shelter, wildlife rehabilitation center). They must ensure the safety and well-being of the animals during transit.
