The "Attempted to Read or Write Protected Memory" would not be fixed by installing SHV.NET.

@Teacher Start by updating your LSPDFR as it is outdated. Re-install the manual version. Once that is done, test. If still crashing, rename mods to _mods and try again.

I reinstalled the game and LSPDFR, everything was fine, but after installing the plugins the game crashes when I go on duty.

What worked for me is, take the “RageNativeUI.dll” file from StopThePed and replace it with the one currently in your main directory.

 

The reason is that the “RageNativeUI.dll” file coming from StopThePed is because it is a recent file from 2023, rather than what you most likely have installed (2021)
