Crashing while loading

Every time I start the plugin hook and then move to the gta5 screen for a couple of seconds, it crashes. However, if I start it in normal mode it does not crash. I have looked into this but I am not sure what is going on. The mods and plugins are all shown in the picture.

Yes, I was able to start it when I set it to _mod. Does this mean there is a problem with the mod? If there is a problem with the mod, is the only way to get rid of all the mods?😖
