LSPD First Response.dll crashes/ doesn't work

LSPFR plugin crashing on starting the game.

 

I've been trying to fix this since yesterday and have reinstalled everything, nothing helped and now later today i did some digging and saw that simplectrl was casuing issues so i deleted that and my ragehook plugin timeout threshold had reset so i fixed that, now the plugin doesn't give me the crash notice. But instead now it doesnt load/work. Like i can't go on duty.

On the first time going on duty go to a police station, there you need to choose a character and an outfit
