As far as I know, he uses LA Revo, otherwise known as "5Real" (they go together). Others have claimed he uses QuantV, but I am not too sure myself.

    Steve said in one of his recent videos that he uses Quant V as his main graphic mod + lights from NVE. 

     

    He uses LA Revo graphic for "Let's go to work" not LSPDFR.
