I am trying to start the game but it keeps says Rage plugin out of date. I went to the website and reinstalled it again but I'm still getting the same screen pop up.

Its not Ragepluginhook that is outdated, its gta.
Pls update gta/ verify game files.

I was able to get it working by starting the GTA through steam then immediately double click RagePlugin icon...works for now this way. Not sure for how long
