VisualV+ Radiance/ELS Lights problem.

Hello there! I've recently installed VisualV for the first time along with BetterRadiance. My problem is that during the night, when i go code 3, with all the lights everything around me gets darker and the lights are too bright. If I uninstall the radiance, i can barelly see them during the day, any fixes?
