1. check if RPH is outdated
2. check if your antivirus is blocking RPH

3. check your GPU to see if GTA is using all your resources
4. reinstall RPH

5. could be a mod problem but idk how it could be

You need to download a mod that stops everything from crashing

And how much gigs does your PC have because that might be the problem.
