RPH Crashing on Launch

Whenever I attempt to boot up my game, my game crashes on a black screen when loading into story mode, why? I don't know. I've tried updating absolutely everything and the Issue still persists. I also have an Issue where my ELS and EUP menu isn't working and my emergency lights are all on. I would like to know how I could resolve this Issue as It's becoming quite annoying.
