So I backed up the game for the update but i keep getting that message when i go to load RPH, any fix? An i dont have my anti virus on

Back ups don't work with Rockstar Launcher unfortunately and never have. Unless they've changed it that is...

I don't follow?

Im launching it from steam an that comes up, ive always backed it up this way.

Open "Run" with windows+R key

Type " steam://open/console"

A console will appear on steam.

Download the manifests by pasting the commands below.

download_depot 271590 271591 4915145488431092967

File location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_271590

Drag and drop all contents within the folders into your gta v main directory.

Make sure to set GTA V to update only when launched.

This method works for steam only.

Did it and it worked flawlessly. 

Will work with launcher until a new script hook comes out.

That worked thank you, I had update when launched set before, where do you change that again?

I tried this and nothing changed I went to the file location, opened the file, highlighted everything in there and then dragged it into my game directory. Then I still go the error message

Did you back your game up before the update?

I didnt even know there was an update i installed lspdfr like 2 days ago, and im not sure how to back up my game

Yeah Rockstar updated the game an you just caught it in between scripthookv updates. Once that is updated then you'll be able to play LSPDFR. There are tons of videos on youtube on all this.
