Download & Open Spark IV

Click "Open"

Go to your GTA 4 Directory\pc\models\cdimages

Open vehicles.img

Click "Import" in Spark IV

Select modified file(s) and click "Open"

Save & Rebuild

ELS is backwards compatible. So an ELSv4 car will work with ELSv6.

man! i got the car i wanted thanks to your instructions,but now new problem the car has no skin,and lights don,t work its crazy .sorry to keep bothering you but you have any ideas

i mean the car i picked is black and the one in the game has all the parts but their not defined,no color ,lights don't work.For example imagine a kids coloring book before they color it,like i said i'm pretty new at all this so be patient lol(computer dumb)lol

i got it from gtainside unmarked crown vicks, it was a package with four crown vics,i used the one from california

Did you replace both the .wtf and .wtd files? Did the readme mention you have to edit some files and if so did you edit them?

just to replace handling.dat but when i followed the instructions could not find it in sparkiv so i left it alone

So you only replaced handling.dat? If so, that's your problem, handling.dat only controls the vehicles handling, not the models/textures.
