The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

LSPDFR crashing randomly during gameplay.

LSPDFR along with all mods load successfully, however after about 10 minutes of gameplay LSPDFR crashes but GTA does not crash. Any suggestions?

If you made changes rescue9e.xml and tender9b.xml -> revert it back to original or try to fix it if you know how
Coastal Callouts and United Callouts are quite old plugins -> temporally remove them and check if your game still crash
