The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

things you can do since its a complicated one:

 

- rename your mods folder & start gta to test

- go back to a clean gta folder and try again

- verify your game files and try again

- reinstall gta
