The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

it worked thanks it was not the vehicle sheriff i figured it was actually in vehicle meta i changed sheriff

Exception message: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\patterns.tmp'.

Thats a little  bit strange since this file is a temporary file,

you can reinstall LSPDFR + RPH and try again.

i couldnt fix it so i made a clean wipe and now the game crashes without any error i installed everything correctly,

i tried to load LSPDFR in game but it crash immediately with no error.

 

I tried to add GTAV folder to exclusions but still didnt work and i dont have an anti virus program.

Add the whole gta folder as an exception in your antivirus

 

make sure the gta folder has all permissions by:

right click on gta folder -> properties -> security -> and make sure user, admin & system has all hooks
