the last lines from the crash report, maybe there is an answer to the reason for the crash?

 

upd: reinstalled the lspdfr, now the game simply does not see this mod through launching through the rph

Post the Ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder 

the game now doesnt see the lspdfr, I dont know what this may be related to...

Type in LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll
Or open RPH and click on the gear wheel, then under plugins make sure LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll is hooked to load

I did everything that was said. the game is now crashing, showing an error in the lspdfr dll
