I already installed script hook, asi loader, advanced hook. When I installed els, it shows me that asi loader unable load els.asi and error code is 1359. My version is final version with DLCs on steam. 

 

My asi log is attached.

    complete edition doesn't work with ELS.

    Moderator edit: GTA IV complete edition works with LCPDFR, but not ELS. Saying it doesn't work with all mods is misleading.
