Have had this issue for several days. I'll list everything I've tried so far.

 

• Update Windows to 22H2
• Update Graphics Drivers
• Reinstall RPH & LSPDFR
• Add folder to AV exception
• Run GTA5.exe & RagePluginHook.exe as administrator in every different way
• Restarting computer
• Reinstalling Rockstar Games Launcher
• Restarting WiFi
• Start GTA V then RPH
• Pretty much anything else I could find on these forums

Below I've attached my RPH log and a screenshot of the issue. Hoping someone else has some ideas.

Have you already set the permissions for the gta folder by right clicking it, go to properties -> security, and make sure user, system and admin has all hooks

I have. Still does not work.

I am having the same issue, do you get the error window to verify Steam client is running? I get that everytime I try to launch GTA5 with Rage. When I launch GTA5 without Rage it loads fine. Been in contact with Steam support in which they say the issue isn’t with them to contact Rockstar which I have and submitted a ticket. We will see what they say.
