The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

is there any idea how to fix this when im outside my tail lights are white and when im inside interior they are red like how they should you can see at photo.

is there any way to fix it thru textures or something?

1st photo is outside and for some reason that glass is white 

2nd photo is inside interior and its red how it should
