The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

cant find Add on/replace police vehicles in game files.

i have been installing multiple add-on and replace police vehicles and vehicle packs and i have come across a problem where the default police vehicles are stuck as other vehicles i do not remember installing and there are tons of poorly made add-on vehicles in my game and i cant find any of them in my files. 

I have gone through the whole process of replacing them with new vehicles and it will not replace them. i have been going through all my vehicles.rpf files and looking through all of them and i can.not.find.them. but they are still in my game. please help asap.

    Try replacing vehicles here and see if it works: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2023_02\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
