Help with download

Hello, i have never downloaded any textures or whatever and i want to download a different light bar.  I have downloaded the one i want just that i dont know how to put it in so that its in the game.

what is zmodeler (paid) and what do you mean the model has to be unlocked?

There plenty of tutorials on here.

But, TBH, if you do not know what either of those terms mean, you probably will not be able to do what you want to.

He's right on that one domadouch, if you don't even know what those are, you don't even want to touch it, no offense.

But Zmodeler, is a paid program for which you can model cars, guns, etc. And unlocked meaning you can edit it from the uploader without asking permission.
