rage crashing without fully loading

i just recently had to redo my entire lspdfr and it was working yesterday then today it wont let me load in fully im just confused why it wont let me play

RPH crashed at this line  "Loading and Populating Game World" after clicking story mode with rph?

that doesnt help me because it doesn't make me press a key for story mode it automatically goes into story mode

i found what was causing it to crash and took it out. it was a plugin that required scripthookvdotnet that was causing it to not load 

thanks to another post i had found it if it wasnt for that post i wouldnt have took a look to see that it was the problem that was making me agitated

its a script\plugin called simpleCTRL and it required the scripthookv.net
