Meaning of LSpdfr crash from rph log

Hello, I am trying to fix an error it seems I have made that is causing lspdfr to crash. the RPH log says that:

 

LSPD First Response: [FATAL] Failed to initialize BackupTemplate

more specifically: LSPD First Response: [FATAL] Failed to load backup data: System.Xml.XmlException: The 'Vehicle' start tag on line 315 position 6 does not match the end tag of 'Vehicles'. Line 324, position 6.

 

when I go here though I am not entirely sure what is wrong or what entirely LSPDFR is saying is wrong. 

Any help in understanding this is much appreciated
