Thanks, this worked! But why would it cause the crash and how do I restore it as I obviously can't use ELS etc.?

 

Edit: I actually removed ScriptHookV and it worked. I never had scripthookvdotnet.asi

Solved it. If it crashed because of ScriptHookV it must have been caused by an .asi file. So I deleted them and started the game up one by one to see which it was and it was ELS. I checked the ELS txt file and saw that it was a bad xml config for one of the vehicles. I replaced the bad xml and re-added ELS and everything now works.
