Whenever I load up rph it goes up until "Loading and Populating Game World" then crashes. 

Here is my RPH log from my GTAV directory any help would be appreciated

I did and now it works just without any custom added stuff, so I assume that its something to do with my mods folder?

do you have gameconfig, heap adjuster & packfile limit adjuster?

Yeah, and if it helps im using the 0,1x traffic and 0,1x peds

So something in the mods folder causes the issue, revert the latest changes or start a new folder

Hi! Sorry for the late reply but I found out last night that it was a DLC addon (this being it)

I found another problem though... "LSPDFR.dll has crashed!"
