No matter what I do it makes my game crash right away. So i deleted it and re did it nothing helps. I can have a mods folder but once i add anything to it, it crashes it.

    I am trying to install custom cars that breaks it custom sirens or gun sounds those break it to. I add one at a time and load up but no matter what it is it breaks my game
