The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

And I've already uninstalled them but I noticed that the GTAIV cars mod uninstaller didn't work so I uninstalled it myself and now the game crashes after it opens for a few seconds and it doesn't give out a RPH log

Nevermind I had to reinstall my gameconfig
