The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You can continue to download the file safely. It is known as a false positive. Windows and other security vendors flag it because of module encryption the author uses that only decrypts at runtime which makes it think it's a Trojan virus (according to vendor scans).

In other words, it's entirely safe to download. Click on the download and click "download anyway".
