I've reinstalled GTA5 countless times over the course of 2 months, with the same result every time.

Every time, it says there is no file and gives me an error, but this lspdfr file is less than an hour old and I don't even have any plugins installed, and when I get the callout, I get this error and the game turns off. Please help me, I've searched the internet and can't find any similar cases. 

And I've already applied all 18 pages of https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Hp2Qco0qsgKfohkhjYWUxTr2OF7NSCkp8uSZwWz6rRQ/edit.

You are encountering a problem related to SlimDX; it doesn't have a defined solution making it hard to solve. You could:

1. Make an antivirus exception for the GTAV folder.

2. Reinstall RAGEPluginHook.

3. Update / reinstall audio & graphic drivers.

4.Run the .NET Framework repair tool. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135
