Nope.

Pls rename the mods folder to _mods

the problem is solved partly, all my replacement vehicle are gone.

The thing is I have so many ADD ON vehicles and installed A LARGE pack with so many cars in it. Now the game crashs even with GameConfig -stocktraffic- and heapadjuster and I don't know what else I should install to prevent the crashs

I can’t help you further, what you can do is start a new folder, because you have the overview of what you’ve installed. Basically install a mod one by one and check if it’s working stable
