The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

     Drag and drop log file at bottom of reply window or use option "choose files" to upload it

    The clothes were all incorrect like duty uniform and last outfit so I just quit.  Here is the most recent rage log.

    just tried the _mods and the clothes are incorrect like before and there are glitches in the world and with npc peds like arms missing

     Well.. it's normal cuz custom clothes/cars/weapons etc are disabled - its just a simple method to check if crash is caused by mods.

     

     From log:

    • reinstall NAudio - it's installed wrong and plugin even won't launch (99% there is readme file and inside is everything typed how to install it correctly)
    • you have installed 2 simillar plugins - Seatbelt and SeatbeltV
    • also SeatbeltV need to be reinstalled correctly

    Gonna do a fresh install and see what happens.  Thanks for the help I'll read over the vehicles more, the seatbelt and nlaudio was a easy fix, the police life mod I think added its own version of the seatbelt.
