How to change weapon? (EUP)

I have EUP plugin installed and I'm being given a pistol in my patrol loadout even though the inventory_eupfr.xml script has WEAPONS_COMBATPISTOL in it. Can someone help me solve this issue?

Did you change it in GTA V > lspdfr > data > inventory.xml ?

Are you using Stop the Ped realistic weapon system? It will delete the other guns and give you what you have set in there.
