The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR crashes every 5 minutes, tried doing everything I could to fix.

I dont see anything that is obvious in the log. Start by renaming mods to _mods and see if you crash.

    seems like this worked but things like my vehicle model and gun texture/sound have been removed, so im assuming something in open IV was the issue since its fixed. Should i reinstall some of my older things into back into open IV now that i knew i had no issues with? also do i rename my mods folder back to mods

    If renaming mods to _mods works, do the following:
    1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
    2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal.
    3. If none of those works, restart your mods folder.
