The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yes.

Cop Holster only supports hip holster animation, it does not have an animation for leg holsters. So when you have a leg holster equipped, it will use the hip holster animation.
