The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I just recently joined this community, I saw on an video that for spawning the custom vehicles, you whould need an spawn many, I accidentally downloaded 2 diffrent but i dont know their binds, Both open on F4

Native trainer (AB) it say's

You cant change the keybinds of nativetrainer, which comes with scripthookv. also this trainer is just a basic trainer with limited functions.

 

Dont worry, there are many trainers out there, that are better/ have more features and there you can change keybinds, f.e. SimpleTrainer.
