The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Couple of things:

1. Update: Riskier Traffic Stops and SuperCallouts.
2. Remove: IG Callouts and Regular Callouts for an improved experience.
3. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:

Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
4. There was an error with the SpeechRecognitionEngine in Grammar Police. See the IPT FAQ in relation to this.
5. If you are still having issues after all that, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Keep in mind, the crash itself related to SuperCallouts. So updating your version should fix that issue.

    I thought the problem had been resolved, this time I don't know if the crash is due to the same reason
