So, as it says in the title. I did a fresh install of GTA 5, added plugins one by one testing the game each time. i first started with LSPDFR, trainer V, Scripthook V and Dot net. went in game tested it out all seemed good, then i added ALPR lite, Compulite, again went in game tested it, then did the same with stop the ped, ultimate backup and speed radar lite. then after that i added, A new siren, Grammar Police, And New Charges and citations for compulite. went in game, crashed on the loading screen, so i removed grammar police, went in game, and it actually loaded until it said "new commands added" etc and it said LSPDFRfirstresponse.dll has crashed. i tested it while loading through steam and it worked like a charm straight to story mode, i also have my Plugin timeout threshold to 60,000. this is getting super annoying now, because i cant add more than the plugins stated earlier before it starts to crash. any help would be appreciated. thanks

edit: i first removed the asi loader that comes with OPENIV. i launched the game, and it did work, but now its just stuck on "Loading LSPDFR" and i cannot access the console. afterwards, i re-inabled the asi loader, installed the latest gameconfig, heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster, to the same results

edit 2: i read the log file carefully and i found out i was missing some files from my LSPDFR/audio folder, i put them back in and the game launched fine, i spawned in, but NONE of my keys are working exept my WASD keys allowing me to move around. i was trying to press F4 to bring up the rage console but instead i got this different console, that said "Community scripthook" at the top. i dont get whats going on man. i just wanna play LSPDFR for gods sake... 

Find the ini file for ScriptHookV.NET in our Main Directory. Then change the keybind to open that console to something other than F4. Then go in-game again and press F4. See if that opens the RPH Console.
