Things you will need to do:
1. Rename mods folder to _mods.
2. Remove any OpenIV files (including asiloader).

3. Remove ScriptHookV.dll and potentially dinput8.dll.

From there you should be able to run Online. If you still can't, you can clean your folder a bit more according to the image below:
