Hoping someone can help me. 

 

I'm looking at getting into LSPDFR, however can you use this mod offline such as in single player or is it online RP only ? 

 

I've had my time with online RP and enjoyed it thoroughly as I got to use my irl policing experience into my favourite hobby. However RP took over my life and would rather not venture back into it.

    I have internet that's not an issue. Was just wondering that LSPDFR mod itself was story mode or online or RP only
