I could've swore there used to be a mod around that would damage random vehicles, giving you a reason to stop them. Like a taillight or a headlight out or made the vehicle unroadworthy. They weren't callouts just random spawns in traffic. I thought at first it was ambient events or lively world mod but its not after searching through the files. Does anyone know what im talking about or am i crazy.
