a few weeks ago ago i installed GTA 5 and LSPDFR and i played and all worked

The day after i installed it, i opened the game again to play and i received this error: err_gfx_d3d_init

I tried to solve it with no luck, so i gave up.

Yesterday i gave it another try and managed to make the game work by deleting quantv.asi
Today I opened the game and this error showed up again.

 

Needless to say to say I disabled the mods folder+verified game files+reinstalled scripthookv with no luck

(the game worked when i removed scripthookv)

Any help will be appreciated

You are saying the game worked when ScriptHookV was removed? If so, please screenshot the Main Directory.

yes, and when script hook v WAS installed and the mods folder was disabled the game didn't work

But I think I figured it out, i just need to do some checks
when i deleted the settings.xml file, the game suddenly did work.
[edit: the settings.xml did nothing actually, ignore the text above me about it]

i corrected myself so it wont confuse others

Add ScriptHookV.dll back. Then rename the ELS folder to _ELS and try again.

I actually think Its the ENB
I deleted the ENB and the game did work
But a strange did I noticed is when ENB is installed, and the game does work (very rare), after one restart of the computer the game will continue to crash 

Make sure you are launching normal GTA prior to launching RPH.

I'm even launching only gta  without RPH and I get that error
ENB just crashes my game

Yeah, you can try searching for an alternative for graphics if that is the case.
