You have a lot of outdated stuff:

1. Update your GTA V.

To update your GTA V, delete your GTA5.exe and verify your game files.

Verifying Game Files:

GTA V Steam

Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files

GTA V Retail

Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify

GTA V Epic Games

Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Manage > Verify

2. Once that is done, re-install manual LSPDFR. That will update both LSPDFR and RPH.
