LSPDFR freezing and crshing when going on duty, or forceduty

Hi, after installing ELS i started to experience some issues, mainly i am unable to go on duty, LSPDFR itself loads fine, but when i go on duty game screen goes gray, and blue spinning cursor wheel, the usual program freeze. i am not saying its caused by ELS, since i managed to use it few tiems before it started happening, does anyone know how can i  fix it?
