Have you got ELS?

If so press (j) and (k) to work the lights

yes sir i got it where yo told me to.and i made sure the download had els also.or does it have to specify ELS 6

different? i'm using a low end laptop and i'm using ps3ds controller can i adjust the joystick reaction time or is the cheesy lap top?

It has to be ELS v6, v1-5 won't work.

The bluetooth in your laptop should be fast enough, but try MotioninJoy instead of ps3ds

You should be able to set the sensitivity, don't know where though. I'll look.

Uhm, I think you can edit it in Options in MotioninJoy. Try clicking on Default.

yep, still super sensetive.and a hell of a lag issue too it didnt have lag issues with gta4

Also have you tried editing the joystick settings?
