ELS Corona's to large

So I know the correct way to make the police emergency lights brighter you have to adjust the settings in the visualsettings.dat but is there a way to keep the brightness intact while making the corona around the lights more symmetrical an a bit smaller without losing the brightness?

I believe you will have to edit the emergency lights texture, and/or the ELS lightbar, most likely.

Because with the same brightness level in visualsettings.dat, some lightbars are brighter than others.

But I'm unsure how to do that exactly.
